Sierra Leonean basketballer IB Kabba has opened up about his short-lived relationship with Kenyan socialite Amber Ray.
In an exclusive interview with a local publication, Kabba revealed that he broke up with Amber Ray after a video of them emerged online having an altercation at a club.
The basketball star told Mpasho that the major cause of their break-up was "normal relationship stuff" which he claimed that Amber had always twisted.
"If you are doing something that is not right, then, you are like, 'I want to be in control of their life," he said
"She got everything twisted, why would I want to control her life? She used to use my phone and block people on Instagram and I have never gotten into her phone."
Commenting on how quick Amber has moved on from their separation, Kabba said he is not surprised by the move.
Kabba said that if he knew Amber's nature of jumping from one relationship to another, he would have not been involved with her in the first place.
"I don't think everyone is surprised that Amber Ray has moved on, if I knew the kind of person she was from the start, I would have never been involved with her. I don't regret what we had, but it seems that she has moved on many times before," Kabba said.
"People told me a few things about her and told me to search online for her stories but I was not that kind of person to do that, but if I did, I would have been more careful," he added.
