Actress Bridget Shighadi has come out to detail on her relationship with her baby daddy and actor Nick Mutuma.
Bridget said that contrary to many people's fate, their relationship was somewhat solidified by their daughter Dua saying before the baby their relationship was on and off.
“Nick is someone I have known for long. He was the first person I knew after high school. It's been on and off but since the baby, we have been together for 3 years," she stated.
She said that their relationship is indeed official, making it clear that while the two live together, they are not in a hurry to get married.
“Its Official now labda harusi tu ndio imebaki, wazazi wanajuana na pia ashatoa fine ya mtoto but sasa tunangoja ile official Mahari but we are taking our time hatuna haraka.” she stated.
“Once you get married you are going to be together for the rest of your life, so where is the rush. For us right now we are really focused on our careers and raising our daughter. Building a good foundation before we get into all that” she added.
Bridget is popularly known for her roles in her eight years of acting in local TV drama series among them the just concluded Maria and Zora.
