748 Air Services has announced it will continue flying international tourists on the Wilson-Mara route.

The airline says it has welcomed the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority’s March 27 decision to allow international tourists fly to and from the Maasai Mara via Wilson Airport.

“748 Air Services will fly all international tourists who have already booked with us to the Mara and welcomes all bookings from camps and lodges, tour operators and travel agents,” said the airline in a press statement on Sunday, March 28.

President Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday, March 26 announced cessation of movement into and out of five counties as a block. The five are Nairobi, Nakuru, Machakos, Kiambu and Kajiado.

The Head of State directed that all persons jetting into Kenya must have a COVID-19 certificate indicating they are COVID-19-negative. The certificate, the president said, must have been obtained 96 hours to arrival into Kenya.
